General Provisions & Definitions

Certain terms used in these Terms have specific meanings, which are set out below:

• "Platform" means the babu website, applications, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and financial services provided by babu.
• "Bonus" means promotional offers, cashback, free spins, or any other form of incentive.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

These Terms must be read together with babu's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are considered an integral part of these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use the babu platform. This platform is intended solely for those aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, making deposits, or engaging in any gaming activity.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Each user may create only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. babu reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is found to have been provided.

Users must keep their account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited, and full responsibility for any such sharing rests with the user.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

babu may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification may be required. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the babu platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal funds will be sent only through the same method originally used for the deposit.

3.3 Account Verification & Withdrawals

babu may request that identity verification be completed before the first withdrawal. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal process. Users may only withdraw through a payment method registered in their own name.

3.4 Deposit & Withdrawal Restrictions

Depositing using a third-party account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious financial transaction is detected, babu reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account for investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at babu can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 would earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳12,000 would attract the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; any bonus not used before expiry will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonus benefits may be used for genuine gaming only; use for any other purpose is prohibited.
• The same user may not claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• babu reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, babu's decision will be considered final.

4.4 VIP Program

babu's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and contributions. VIP benefits are subject to change at any time.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the babu platform are impartial and operated by technically reliable algorithms. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed during play. Users are requested to read the relevant rules carefully before starting a game.

5.2 Technical Errors

If the result of a game is affected by a software error or network issue, babu reserves the right to void that round or session. In such cases, the stake involved will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following points apply to betting: results will be settled according to the designated market, if a match is cancelled or suspended bets will be settled according to the specific rules in place, and if fraudulent or match-fixing activity is proven, the account will be closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the babu platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system or gaming algorithms.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to operate games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving harmfully towards other users.
• Transactions under a false identity or chargeback fraud.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by babu

babu may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If the provision of false information is proven.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.

7.2 Closure by the User

A user may request the closure of their account at any time. Any outstanding withdrawable funds will be returned, however bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled. Responsible Gaming
